Proof of Notice

Launch Microsoft Access

Open the Probate Database or the GnC database, whichever kind of case you are working on.

Enter the name of the ward or the decedent in the dropdown box on the main menu

Click the button that says "Send Notice List to Dazzle and Make them Available for MS Word" (By the way, this will Close Access.)

Guardianship or Conservatorship

Start out in MS Access as described in the "Launch MS Access" tab on this web page.

First - Click Here to Bring the Access Notice List for your case into Word

When the file comes up, go File>Close.A prompt will appear asking you if you want to save changes to NoticeList.docx. Click NO. Another file will appear named Target.docx. That file will show you the entire notice list. Close that file, too using then File>Close. You will get a prompt that says "Runtime Error 5852 Requested Object Not Available." Click END - do not click Debug. The file will close.

Second - Click Here to Create a G or C Proof of Notice You will see that all of the noticees have been brought into this document. This is a DataPrompter file so you have to fill in the Dataprompter info about your case number and caption, etc.
