The conservatorship inventory used to be filed as a separate document. Now it is to be filed as part of the package consisting of the Conservator Estate Budget. Oddly, within the Conservator Estate Budget Spreadsheet, there are several worksheets which supply the information required by the inventory, and then some. However, the new inventory form Budget Forms on the AZCourts Website form is still required. The new inventory form is a form in adobe acrobat format. Optionally, you can email it to a client and have the client fill it out on his computer and have him email it back to you.
