Credit Report of Protected Person
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes § 14-5418, “[t]he conservator shall attach to the inventory a copy of the protected person's consumer credit report from a credit reporting agency that is dated within ninety days before the filing of the inventory.”
The credit report and credit score can be procured by the paralegal working with the conservator online at any of the following websites:
When you attach the credit report to the inventory, redact social security and bank account numbers, except for the last 4 digits
