Corrective Deed Form

The corrective deed form is in Data Prompter Format.

Instructions

1. Order a certified copy of the incorrect deed from the county recorder.
2. Staple the form-template-generated cover page on top of a certified copy of the deed to be corrected.
3. DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES OR MARKS ON THE CERTIFIED COPY AND DO NOT REMOVE THE FAULTY LEGAL DESCRIPTION FROM THE ORIGINAL CERTIFICED COPY
4. Staple the new legal description after the certified copy of the deed to be corrected.
5. Record the resulting document.
